How much does a website cost?
It depends on the size and what it needs to do. After our first call, we send a proposal with a fixed price, what's included and the timeline, with no surprise costs at the end.
How long does it take?
A company website is ready in one to two weeks, from the first call to launch. Stores and systems take longer. The exact timeline is written in the proposal.
Do you maintain sites built by other companies?
Yes. We start with an audit of the code, versions and hosting, and tell you what needs fixing before we take over.
What's included in monthly maintenance?
System and library updates, verified backups, downtime monitoring, small fixes and a report of everything done that month.
My site was hacked. Can you help?
Yes. First we remove the malicious code and restore a clean copy. Then we close the hole that let the attack in and change every access credential.
Which technologies do you work with?
Whichever makes the most sense for you. We have a multidisciplinary team and choose the technology for each client: what you already use, your budget and where the project needs to go. For maintenance, we work with whatever platform your site already runs on.
Will the site work well on mobile?
We design for mobile first. Every site is tested on small screens and slow connections before it goes live.
Will the site be in my name?
Yes. The code, domain and content are yours. If you ever want to switch providers, we hand everything over, organized.
